I have a lot websites. Too many websites, too little time to keep them updated or promote them as they should be. I haven’t promoted these sites, at least not enough to make a real difference in the traffic that goes to them.
These sites are sites I put up when I had hundreds of domain names I was selling. The names of the sites have popular keywords in them, or unique, easy to remember names, short keyword names, or names easy to brand. Of the 670 domain names I had these sites are part of the 20% of the domain names I kept.
The sites are generally priced according to the value of the domain name, some of which may be worth well more than the site itself. Some websites are several years old, some less, but all sites are more than a year old so they do have exposure.
The sites are not currently making much money (at least not enough to be worthwhile to me). They are a long term investment that require adding articles and links to them on a regular basis or you could change the themes of WordPress sites or even change the purpose of a site.
These are custom sites. They are NOT cookie cutter sites. They are html/php sites that I bought or WordPress sites. The function of each website is to offer information on the topic the site is about. There are ads on the site and if anyone clicks on the AdSense ads a few cents to $1 or more (depends on the theme of the site) is made.
In order to make any of the websites profitable one needs to add links (relevant to the theme of the site) and increase the traffic coming to the site.
Each website has articles on them. They will need new articles added to them to have a chance to make decent money. This means you need to write articles (easy, but it takes time) or have someone else write them for you. Cost for articles varies from about $5.50 to $20 per article, or more, depending on the quality of the article and who wrote it.
There are also membership sites with prices from about $10/mo. to $97/mo. that sometimes have articles matching your site’s theme.

The sites are already installed on my hosting accounts. I will give the buyer 3 months of free hosting. After that time you can get your own hosting, or can continue hosting the site on my hosting at $6.00/mo. per site. For anyone continuing hosting with me I will help with any minor problems you might have, help with WordPress themes or plugins.
If the buyer gets new hosting I will install the site on their hosting, if their hosting company will not do it. I can also recommend a hosting company.
Take a look at the sites. You can buy one or more. Websites include the domain name and 3 months free hosting. You will have to add links to any new pages on an html site. Also you will have to manually update the sitemap on html sites or get a program to create it for you.
WordPress sites automatically create links to new pages and all WordPress sites have an automatically generated sitemap as well as several to many plugins already installed.
Hairstyle Holiday could be an excellent site for women that are interested in hairstyles. This is a WordPress site that is easy to update and maintain. You will need to add articles related to womens hairstyles. You could also add mens hairstyles. This is topic has lots of searches and the site has very good potential.

Laptop Computer Zone is a great site for those who are interested in laptop computers or computers in general. There are lots of searches for laptop computers and decent paying AdSense clicks. Because the topic is so common nowadays there should be a big market for laptop computers and searchers of all ages. This is a WordPress site so it is also a blog and easy to update and maintain. I believe there is great potential for this site.

Thulia is an inspirational site. It has inspirational stories on it. This is a great site for visitors to submit an inspirational story that happened to them and in doing so the site can be quite interactive. That’s just what the search engines are looking for – fresh content and user interaction. This is a WordPress site so it is also a blog and easy to update and maintain. The name is quite unique and lends itself very well to branding, as well as being very easy to remember.

My Garden Delight is a great site for those who are interested in gardening. There are lots of searches related to gardening. There are also lots of potential affiliate products available. I have 50 gardening articles I am including that you can add to the site. This is a WordPress site so it is also a blog and easy to update and maintain. The name is quite refreshing and has the excellent keyword gardening in it. I believe there is great potential for this site.

Forex Trading Study would make an excellent site for either selling a course on Forex Trading, lots of information on Forex trading or a blog/forum where Forex traders and those wanting to learn currency trading can get information, tips, and recommendations. This is a highly popular type of trading where much money can be made (if you do the right things) so a lot of people gravitate to or consider Forex trading. This is an html site and I would recommend changing it to a WordPress site. I believe I have a WordPress Forex theme and/or Forex articles that I will include with this site.

Golf Task is a short, easy to remember golf website name. The high paying golf niche is one that doesn’t have many, if any, short memorable golf domain names available. As such, this is a prime name for a golf website. The site can be redone to represent almost any golf subniche. The potential for this memorable gold website name is high, but as usual you’ve got to put in the work to get links and add lots of articles if this is to remain a content site There are probably several WordPress golf themes available for free or less than $75 you could adapt to this domain name. Half Money is a short memorable name for a website. It could be used for almost any theme having to do with money. Loans, mortagages, trustdeeds, investments etc. could be adapted to use this money name. Financial niches pay well for AdSense and there are a large amount of available affiliate products, CPA, and other ways to capitalize on the money theme. A forum or blog on any aspect concerning money is another possible way to make money with Half Money domain name and website.

Anyone new to Internet Marketing needs to know that these (any) sites must be promoted to make money. This means you have to get as much traffic to them as possible. This is done various ways, including getting links to them, submitting articles, posting notice on blogs, using social networking sites, etc. It will require some Work so take that into consideration whenever you buy or create a website.
The site (s) will be yours. You can do anything you want with them. You can modify the articles, add more ways to make money with them. You can add your own or other affiliate products to sell. You can even create a new site on the domain name. This is quite easy and fast to do with WordPress sites should you so desire.
